Operation Toofan—a widely acclaimed campaign launched under the leadership of the Kerala Home Department—is entering its second phase. As part of this, local self-government institutions across Kerala have joined the movement, organizing community-driven initiatives under the title "Toofan Thaddhesam 2.0."
The official state-level inauguration of the Toofan Thaddhesam 2.0 campaign was performed by State Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala at a function held in Vengara, Malappuram district.
Simultaneously with the state-level launch, the Grama Panchayat-level inauguration was held at the Kunnothparamba Panchayat Hall.
Grama Panchayat President K. Faseela inaugurated the event at the panchayat level.
